INCA Rugby Skills Academy
While coaching all over the country, Jan Oberholzer, owner of Joberrugby and ex Junior-Springbok
and Blue Bull player and captain, observed that many schools don't have the capacity and/or
coaches to effectively develop the rugby skills of their players. Many young players are also in the
home schooling and private school system where there is no rugby facilities and rugby coaching
available. He then decided to open the Rugby Skills Academy in Pretoria, and later all over the
country, under the banner of INCA to drive the development of the rugby skills of players.
Joberrugby International Coaching Academy (INCA) offers our well known
Modern Rugby Coaching Workshops "Coach the Coaches (SA) 2012" for club,
school and age-grade representative coaches. We also cater for rugby players
wanting to make the transition from playing to coaching.

The courses offered are:
  • Jan Oberholzer's one-day Modern Rugby Coaching Workshop - "Coach
    the Coaches (SA) 2012"

Schools who are interested in hosting these workshops in 2012 can contact
us.
Teams of all ages and levels can visit us in Pretoria for an
INCA two day training camp. Teams will come in on Friday  
and will leave Saturday afternoon. Our INCA coaches will
coach the teams with the team coaches and special care
will be given to unit skills, defenses, running lines  and to
the development of a winning game plan.

Spanne van alle ouderdomme kan ons in Pretoria besoek vir
'n INCA tweedag afrigtingskamp. Die kamp duur vanaf Vrydag
to Saterdagmiddag. Ons INCA afrigters sal die afrigting saam

for our forward packs to learn the newest techniques. Very few school or club coaches have the
