While coaching all over the country, Jan Oberholzer, owner of Joberrugby and ex
Junior-Springbok and Blue Bull player and captain, observed that many schools don't
have the capacity and/or coaches to effectively develop their players. Many young
players are also in the home schooling and private school system where there is no
rugby facilities and rugby coaching available. He then decided to open a Rugby School
in Pretoria, and later all over the country, under the banner of INCA to drive the rugby
development of thes young players, combined with fun and enjoyment of the game.
Rugby School Age Groups
The following Rugby School sections for different age
groups:
  • Mini Rugby School for players 7-9 year old.
  • Midi Rugby School for players 10-11 year old.
  • Junior Rugby School for players 12-13 year old.
  • Advanced Rugby School for players 14-15 years old
.
INCA offers clinics and courses for club, school and age-grade
representative coaches. We also cater for rugby players
wanting to make the transition from playing to coaching.

The courses offered are:
  • Jan Oberholzer's one-day Modern Rugby Coaching
    Workshop
  • Two day weekend advanced coaching courses - twice
    yearly.
  • One day workshop on skills development for coaches
    who work with beginners
Teams of all ages and levels can visit Pretoria for an INCA weekend training camp.
Teams will come in on Friday  and will leave Saturday afternoon. Top coaches will
coach the teams and special care will be given to unit skills, defenses, running lines  
and to the game plan.
On all INCA position and specialist coaching courses serious emphasis is placed on
position specific coaching. We have an impressive lineup of former and current
coaches and players involved teaching players individual skills such as kicking and
scrumming. This provides rugby players with an once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to
analyse their positional role and skills with these experts.

INCA is moving to the Naka Bulls Rugby Club's sport grounds in
Wonderboom South, Pretoria
INCA news
Joberrugby International Coaching Academy (INCA) is moving to the Naka Bulls Rugby
Club's sport fields at the beginning of August, 2010. It will be the first time that INCA
has a permanent home base in Pretoria and in South Africa.
All our Pretoria activities will be held at this
new venue, which consist out of a club
house with lecture rooms, two rugby fields
under flood lights, four change rooms and a
bar facility overlooking the rugby fields, We
shall have office facilities at the grounds
INCA Rugby Schools
The next part time Rugby School in Pretoria will start on
Monday the 23rd August, 2010, It will be an advanced skills
development course in which a player will receive high
quality coaching for two hours per week for eight weeks.
INCA Rugby Academies
Joberrugby / Naka Bulls Rugby Academy (Pretoria)
This academy will start in Pretoria in the beginning of February, 2011 and will be
ideally for U/19 and U/21 players who didn't get provincial contracts and who are still
aiming to become professional rugby players.
